Quinta da Lomba Garrafeira White 2016 is characterized by its vitality, elegance and acidity. This wine comes from the vineyards Velhas da Quinta da Lomba a magical place on the slopes of Serra da Estrela. The nose reflects the freshness and complexity of the Dão, and places its whites in the world class of serious wines. Pineapple, apricot and citrus notes are revealed together with a character slightly smoked, very well integrated wood and vanilla bean nuances. In the mouth, it is impressive. Elegant yet structured, salty and peppery. The acidity is reminiscent of granite soils, giving it freshness in a persistent and complex finish. A very serious and distinguished white wine, which will evolve very well in the bottle, to be enjoyed in Burgundy-style glasses.
