A wine with an aroma of apricot notes and some mango nuances, highlighting some hazelnut notes due to aging in wood. Its flavor highlights the freshness and elegance of this white wine with a woody profile, maintaining the freshness and fruit of its grape varieties.
Goes well with eggplant stuffed with cheese and wild mushrooms and with roast duck.
Throughout the beautiful Sabor River Valler, we selected vineyards with grape varieties that reflect the freshness, depth and vivacity of this sub-region. The vineyards are between 20 and 35 years-old, and are planted with Rabigato, Viosinho and Arinto.
